As part of a migration, one of our clients moved their server infrastructure from their private datacenter to a “datacenter housing” colocation solution.
Why choose server colocation and datacenter rack rental in Brussels (datacenter as a service)?
Renting “U” rack space and migrating your system offers several advantages for your business:
- Transition from a CAPEX to an OPEX model for your datacenter investment
- Free yourself from all the problems and costs associated with maintaining your physical datacenter infrastructure (ventilation, electricity, physical access systems, etc.)
- Smooth your budgets by paying a fixed monthly amount that you can plan in advance
- Free up space in your private datacenter by decommissioning it
- Maintain control over physical security, as this is delegated to Interxion, which verifies access – ISO27001 certified (Information Security Management)
- An ISO27001 datacenter guarantees security, compliance and lasting trust.
- Thanks to OFEP’s partners, benefit from a colocation environment, allowing you to rent the number of rack units you need, without overinvesting and paying for unused space
- Secure your environment with a virtualized firewall and SSL VPN infrastructure, still within an OPEX model
- Benefit from a redundant internet connection, dedicated public IPs, and multiple Dedicated VLANs
Not only do you reduce its costs, but you also benefit from a physical and network infrastructure that is more secure than before.
